Each workspace has a narrow job. The User manages the booking; the Secure Agent confirms the pickup and delivery handoffs.

Create and pay for the booking

Register with your name, contact email, Nigerian phone number, and a six-digit PIN. Create product delivery details, choose logistics, pay through Paystack, and track the Agent handoffs.

Collect and deliver

Sign in with your Nigerian phone number and six-digit PIN. Upload a face photograph and NIN document image together, or wait for Admin activation before opening assigned orders.

    Describe the product and route

    Enter the product description, quantity, total declared value, seller pickup details, and delivery destination. Parcel measurements use delivery defaults.

  2. 02User

    Choose a delivery quote

    Review the available options and select the complete backend-returned delivery charge for this order.

  3. 03User

    Pay securely through Paystack

    Open Paystack Checkout for the selected order and pay exactly the server-confirmed booking total.

  4. 04Buyer + Seller

    Handle product payment directly

    The buyer and seller arrange product payment outside ShopSecure before the Agent collects the product.

  5. 05Secure Agent

    Confirm pickup

    The assigned Agent collects the product from the seller and confirms pickup in the order.

  6. 06Secure Agent

    Confirm delivery and complete

    After handing over the product, the Agent confirms delivery. The order completes immediately and credits the Agent commission wallet.

  7. THE RULE

    ShopSecure charges for the booking, not the product.

    The displayed delivery charge is the bookingTotal returned by the backend. The buyer and seller handle their product payment directly.
