How ShopSecure works
A product moves only after a real-world handoff.
The User controls the booking. The buyer and seller handle product payment directly. The Secure Agent confirms pickup and delivery.

Register with first and last name, email, Nigerian phone number, and a six-digit PIN. Upload a face photograph and NIN document image together, or wait for an Admin activation override before working on assignments.
The order path
Seven clear handoffs.
The actor label shows who is responsible at each point. Product payment never enters ShopSecure's booking-payment flow.

Create an order
The registered buyer enters a product description, quantity, total declared value, seller pickup address, and buyer delivery details. The declared value is recorded for shipping, not charged by ShopSecure.

Choose a delivery quote
The buyer reviews current delivery options and selects one complete backend-returned booking total before payment.
- 03User
Pay for the booking
The buyer pays the selected order's delivery charge through Paystack. ShopSecure verifies the provider amount and currency before the order advances.

Assign a Secure Agent
After booking payment, the order moves to Agent assignment. The buyer can see the assigned Agent's contact details when an assignment is available.
- 05Buyer + Seller
Handle product payment directly
The buyer pays the seller directly using their agreed method before pickup. ShopSecure does not collect or transfer this product payment.
- 06Secure Agent
Confirm pickup
The Agent collects the product from the seller and confirms pickup in the assigned order.
- 07Secure Agent
Confirm delivery and complete
After the product handoff, the Agent confirms delivery. The order completes immediately and the Agent commission is credited to the wallet.
Agent actions
Pickup and delivery, clearly recorded.
The Agent has two operational actions: confirm collection from the seller, then confirm delivery to the destination.
After completion
Commission becomes Agent earnings.
Agent delivery confirmation closes the order and credits the Agent commission immediately. The Agent can save a Nigerian bank account and request a withdrawal.
